We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.       

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.       

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline.       

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.       

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Big Gator Tools warrants their drill and tap guides to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.       

This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to alterations, modifications, unauthorized repairs, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or handling.       

This warranty is IN LIEU OF any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Our liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to replacement. In no event will Big Gator Tools be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Big Gator Tools has been advised of the possibility of such damages.       

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.

Big Gator Tools will replace any guide found to be defective and subject to warranty. Returns shipped must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. All returned products are subjected to inspection. Big Gator Tools reserves the right to decline the return of any product not covered under this warranty. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this limited lifetime warranty, Big Gator Tools will ship back at no charge, a replacement drill or tap guide. The replacement guide will carry the same limited lifetime warranty as the original guide purchased. Send defective guide with receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase and a description of the problem to address below:
